The press has gone over the history of the CBI, not only about Shabibi and Allak, but also why there was ever three zeroes – inflation in the 1970’s. The articles have continued to go back over the Monetary Reform. These articles are like Shabibi’s introduction for his acceptance speech. Does it make any sense for Shabibi to make a speech announcing his return to the CBI and his plan to RV soon? He needs to give a speech announcing the RV and why the increase in purchasing power and having an international currency is important to Iraq’s recovery.

As well, once investment begins, it will create inflationary pressure allowing the dinar to rise (and removing the zeros). Nothing will move until the laws are in place to support outside investment. We need to see parliament begin to pass more than just the amendment to the Investment Law.

We needed this reshuffled cabinet that belongs to Abadi to be shown to you…Dr. Shabibi no long hidden behind the cosmetics of…or the verbiage of “keywords”…when you see “keywords” it means Dr. Shabibi…it means Dr. Shabibi coming back at the helm of the CBI. 3.) 4-12-2016 Newshound Guru Stryker Things are moving quite fast now in Iraq when it comes to them complying with the Memorandum of Economic and Financial Policies, and Technical Memorandum of Understanding…There is so much going on it’s hard to keep up with it all but more importantly how it all fits together…research got me to a point of understanding what was planned in 2003, where it all fits in today but not all the signs were there until now that they are all actually getting done.

4-12-2016 Newshound Guru Kaperoni …no matter the rate, if they want citizens to use it, or have confidence in it, they must do everything possible to make the dinar desirable. Which IMO includes, banking insurance, clean/ crisp bills, maintaining the spread, minimize counterfeiting, and also raising the value at some point. Remember, Iraqi’s want to use dinar over any other currency…they just have to believe in it.
