He is building a consensus in parliament to lock down the SOL and mute their expected vote of NO. He will get many SOL converts further weakening the SOL’s power base. When he feels he has the votes, it will be presented to parliament. It is my guess that with the speed at which this is being done, it won’t take ten days. Sometime shortly, if he feels he has locked enough votes up, he will finish this. Joubari will call a special session. 10 days is the outside number…but I think it will be done sooner than that.

So, what do you think all the other countries that have RVd in the month of April do in the months leading up to their planned RV? They get prepared. They do what the IMF tells them to do. They RV when the IMF tells them to. It’s Planned for. Did the IMF plan for Iraq to RV on Jan 1? No. Now, it’s a fact and not my opinion. The IMF and Iraq, in fact, were planning Not to RV Jan 1, by evidence of their LOI which points to the first half of 2016. I think the most likely month for an RV is April. We are seeing all of the coordinating efforts of the CBI, GOI, WB, IMF and US led Coalition forces complete their assignments. Corruption and Mosul of course have to be taken of before an RV. But, IMO it’s being prepared for and targeted. IMO, this RV isn’t planned for months away, but weeks away, by design, to fit the IMF’s preferred date. This is all my opinion.

3-4-2016 Intel Guru Hub a lot of different people thinking we are there…as an economic student, i feel we are very close…things have to be in place to operate as an sovereign nation….remember supply and demand…if you dont have something someone wants to buy, they will go somewhere else…so is iraq ready to sell the world something, or not…? …oil, gold, food, and who knows what else…iraq is ready to join the world again, and they have to have money to do so…what does that say to us?

Can you see how their economy is being manipulated to get what they need to fulfill strong requirements to set the stage for the global economy of Iraq? There is much more going on than meets the eye with Iraq in this areas. An example is if they are going towards an in-country paper currency free society they will need a good credit rating to allow multiple credit/debit card companies to some into Iraq. Does Iraq need or require a class A rating to RV? NO!

3-4-2016 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat I must move out any timeline for an RV. Sorry! …Iraq still has issues and …I do not see any RV until at least mid April at the earliest. Could this date be moved out? Yes and might if Abadi can not pull off his move to form this new “Unification” party and get parliament to finally move on these new laws. We also must watch the battle for Mosul and we will see a timeline trickle in as the region is slowly retaken. In order to get what we need (the RV) is for the CBI to…continue with the “deletion of the 3 zeroes” project completion, the launching of the lower denominations and for Iraq to fully go global. Thus no longer a need to trade using US dollars (from the currency auctions) and to use the IQD directly when dealing with international trade.
