3-3-2014 Intel Guru Jester THE REASON IT HAS NOT MATERIALIZED YET IS IT IS NOT TIME FOR IT TO HAPPEN… NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE ELSE SAYS THAT IS SIMPLY THE WAY IT IS…FOR ALL THE PEOPLE CALLING IMMINENT RV…GET A GRIP… STOP LISTENING TO THE UST.. THEY WILL LIKE TO DO IT EVERY NIGHT… BUT THEY CANNOT… DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY.
3-3-2014 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 Article: “Najafi “blocking” the budget despite the availability of a quorum of the Parliament” Three articles together that all indicate the State of Law bloc was not pleased that Speaker Najafi again blocked the Budget from the Parliament agenda…as a result, some of the State of Law bloc got up and walked out, reducing the head count such as they no longer had a quorum.
3-2-2014 Intel Guru Freeway Bill With the information that I have heard through many arenas and from many great people who work very hard on this blessing, I must tell you that in my opinion, we may be now in a situation where everyone will be paid a street rate that the banks will have a “spread” on. This levels the playing field so all people have the same opportunity and reward. Personally I like this scenario. Why? Because, if you go back when you purchased your dinar and dong, you were thrilled with the thoughts that the rate could be a dollar for the dinar and 5 cents for the dong. Whatever you come out with will be a blessing beyond belief, right?

mattered. [Kaperoni quote from 1/8/13] If for some weird chance the dinar came out at 1 to 1 or slightly higher, they could modify the budget (investment side), to incorporate that rate and purchasing power from the savings. The one’s that keep talking about the budget have little clue about business or how governments are run.

[Is it safe to say the rate won’t be released until after the WTO?] no they need it before to be active in world trade through the WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION (wto). [I heard that Maliki was holding the budget hostage because he wants the Kurds to promise they support his bid for a third term.] the promise could not be made with electronic electoral cards and also with the citizens voting.
3-2-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday [are you saying the Budget is agreed on but not passed?] the budget has been agreed on except where the oil proceeds are going to be put for the kurds. [if this budget does not get in this session, what are the ramifications?] they are saying that it is done but not activated and according to the constitution it has to be activated this session — it is in a basket of 6 with the hcl. [Weren’t they given 20 or so days a couple of weeks ago to get this finished and that date would be up on or about March 7th?] the 7th was the date that ended the 20 days given to have the budget in place and voted through. they said that the constitution demands that it has to be done in this session and can not be put off until the coming session.
