Instead, currency is “exchanged” for something of another value…we will exchange for another currency relative to what we want to use…countries, may exchange another currency for yet another, or may not exchange at all.

That would be a strategic detail, whereas I still believe it’s more about the fundamentals at this time. Those fundamental things have been whittled down to a very short list: 1. HCL. I like short lists! Here’s something for everyone to consider, speaking of fundamentals. I made a big deal out of how the Kurds and Baghdad were getting along so much better lately. If you’ve been in this for long, you will know that we used to ALWAYS see article after article about 7% this and 14% that and Kuwait boycotting Parliament due to non-payment and on and on… have you seen much of that lately? Or any? Nope. It’s been very quiet on that front, because they’ve got those fundamentals worked out. They’re playing nice with each other, and despite the wait… I really like our odds once we start seeing oil go back up.

3-23-2016 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat HCL still is not all settled and the citizens have not yet received their share of the oil revenues. They can load the funding on the Qi cards all they want but until they activate them (new rate or old rate it does not matter) they have not yet paid them. The GOI does not want to pay out oil revenues since the government has mismanaged the great wealth of the nation and the money is simply not there to pay out. Instead it is all in the pockets of the crocked politicians. These HCL payments to the citizens are…mandated by the UN and the USA. Now we see the religious clerics too fighting for the average citizen for them to get what is rightfully theirs. Just remember…that their new constitution must be FULLY implemented or no RV. Mark these words carefully…not as a rumor or conjecture, but as FACTUAL. I have been told this directly by some very strong politically connected people, people who don’t lie and would have no reason to lie.
