3-19-2016 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat As I have been telling everyone there are two paths that must converge in order to see the dinar RV. These paths include the political and the financial reforms. We know the needed laws to satisfy both paths and we have see the stalling now mostly on the political side of the last remaining laws by the State of law coalition and in particular the Dowa party. We know we must see a stable and secure gov’t before any RV. Iraq still has not met this requirement as long as these corrupt officials remain.

Most importantly a FREE economy meaning to get out of the “closed” economy and go global. So what comes first the cart or the horse? At some point they must make the move to a global economy and do it even in spite of the remaining political challenges. So the pressure builds in this area too (the financial path).

3-18-2016 Newshound Guru Tlar Article: “Will Iraq pass amnesty law that could pardon terrorists?” […passing this law will go a long ways towards reconciliation between the Sunni’s and the Shia…] I absolutely agree… This law was used and abused by Maliki to silence anyone and everyone Maliki felt was an obstacle or opponent in the way of his his aspirations. Maliki’s two vice presidents, Hashemi and Mutlag were prime examples of his abuse of this law. Almost everyone that was outspoken or talked badly of what Maliki was attempting to do calling him out as attempting to become the next dictator, was accused of terrorism under this law. Most ran to other countries but many are still lanquishing in jails in Iraq awaiting justice. They ought to let these folks out finally if for no other reason then to make room for the guy who put them there and all the corrupt guys that supported him.

3-18-2016 Newshound Guru wmawhite …there are several issues in play at this moment…the GOI is under going reforms that will change the culture for the better and will make future investors much more comfortable to invest in Iraq. they are also building the institutions of Iraq, i.e. education, medical, transportation, etc. that they will need 5, 10, 15+ years in the future to be successful. While doing all of this the GOI is working with other countries to meet the day to day needs of the 2016 budget…and then finally, while all of this is happening, the CBI in partnership with the GOI, the IMF and World Bank is moving aggressively forward with Iraq (CBI and it’s banks) to enter the world economic community.
