3-17-2015 Intel Gurus Frank26 & Delta Yesterday we discovered that the program rate of 1166 is gone! 1166 has been there for years. We have watched this spreadsheet very closely…Why would they delete the 1166 rate? For them to take these numbers out it tells us…in our opinion…that the program rate may be changing. This is very significant. What they are doing behind the scene is including a new rate – we just can’t see it yet. The numbers on the spreadsheet are still false. Something is going on with the book of systems with the CBI. The Excel spreadsheet…is no longer a PDF file! It’s an OPEN document! …so far this looks HUGE!

3-17-2015 Intel Gurus Frank26 & Delta Meantime, the banks develop a SWIFT code for “INTERNATIONAL” communication. (Imports, exports, taxes, tariffs). All products have these codes now. The SWIFT codes…very, very important. All banks have a digital address (SWIFT code) – sending money from country to country. Is the IQD international? Not yet. They didn’t do it before. Why? Because, IMO, the rate is about to change. The SWIFT codes were activated on Friday. All banks can now communicate with each other. The tariff is in place. Before it was only for “luxury” goods. The draft laws have the duty tax code on the new rate. Many things are in position right now. As soon as they put a new rate up…like flipping a switch…instantly things can change. When the CBI pulls the trigger…any bank/exchange center will see the SWIFT code for the IQD. We believe we have an excellent window this week! We believe they will not revalue the currency in the middle of the day. Everything is lining up. The only thing we are waiting for is the announcement from the CBI.

3-16-2015 RUMOR Guru We know it was supposed to go Saturday night, and we expected to have a great weekend, but they didn’t get that far. Why are people still saying laws have to be passed? We know that the budget has been passed and all the relevant laws have been passed. We know that all the banks connected internationally a week ago Sunday, with the Swift codes being issued. That means the system is free-flowing. We know people have sent and received international funds. The system has already been approved, and we are in the middle of the RV process. It hasn’t hit our shores yet. In Iraq, they are paying from the top down, starting with the government, then the contractors, then those owed money by the government. The citizens will be last, like we are last. The banks can actually see the international rate, and they know the system is working. Everything is done, the banks are ready, the Swift codes are done… I don’t see how they make this go much longer.

3-16-2015 KING RUMOR Guru We’re all a little frustrated it didn’t come out this weekend. They have started to pay people out in areas of Iraq, in a planned way. We are all taken aback by how methodical and slow they are doing this in Iraq. They have started paying contractors owed money by the country and by provinces…Some everyday citizens have also been paid… Tension is rising, and part of the country is still 1166, some is at $3.91, and they wonder what the heck is going on. I am being told every eight hours that they are getting their act together and preparing for rolling it out to everyone in the next few days…it’s being actively managed by the CBI and the Finance Ministry. That is good. The US and the rest of the world are in lockdown, in ‘hurry up and wait’ mode. Bankers have been told strictly not to talk to people like us; they don’t want their employees talking about their process. Several times they have been flashed that this is ready and then it hasn’t gone through – on all levels, from bank executives and wealth managers down to the tellers. I know we are all frustrated that it continues to inch ahead, but the RV process has actually begun. Everyone is just waiting.
