Does this mean no rate until June of this year. ie. 90 days from date of publication.] Normally it can be done within 30 days. IMO, This law is good but not what has delayed the RV announcement. All this while keeping in mind that last April 2013, The CBI said June 2014 is when they will lift the 000’s.

[do you think the delay may mean weeks or months in your opinion only?] Do not know because first I would have to believe in a delay. I do not. I believe Maliki will try and doctor the election as his last throw of the dice.] agreed. there is a mountain of evidence he has to overcome. [Do you think they would finally do a “no confidence” if he rigs the election?] it’s not about the votes – it’s about the coalitions…he has NO DANCE PARTNERS…he can only “rig” so much. [So if maliki does loose the election where does that put a currency change? Could it extend it months down the road until they get the government seated?] without the resistance from the current GOI – it should move forward easily.
