[how can they do that without a real rate?] THAT WOULD BE WHY EVERYONE IS VERY EXCITED — THIS WOULD REQUIRE INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE — AND THIS LEADS US ALL TO BELIEVE IT ALSO SHOULD LOGICALLY REQUIRE INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED CURRENCY — SO WE ARE HOPEFUL THAT IT DOES. 3-10-2015 Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 WAS TOLD TODAY [MONDAY] FROM BAGDAD THAT AGREEMENT ON TWO OF THE AMENDMENTS TO THE HCL WAS REACHED AND THEY EXPECT IT WILL BE BACK AT PARLIAMENT IN THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS. …THERE ARE ZERO GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL PASS IT THIS TIME LIKE THE LAST 6 TIMES THEY HAVE HAD IT. 3-10-2015 Newshound Guru Aggiedad77 …a couple of article(s)…speak to an auction that the CBI held today [Monday] …this auction is nothing like the daily auctions they stopped on 2/20/15…they are not starting up again…this auction has been a periodic thing for them for a number of years, more like bond auctions…good for typically 91 days to maturity I believe…no need for excitement here.

The HCL is in the budget…that’s why there was no remittance on Sunday. We knew it was going to take a few weeks for them to show it to you. The CBI knows that without auctions…inflation is growing in Iraq…and the only way to combat that is to RAISE THEIR CURRENCY! GOI has never felt as if they wanted a low rate…but the CBI does. Iraq is ready to show the world the VALUE of their currency! The rate MUST be worthy of what their country holds. They want it to be a TRUE MARKET VALUE…based on their assets. Pay attention to time from now thru 3/17/15…It is coming…just at their own time and speed.

3-10-2015 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG [so it looks like we are waiting on HCL?] IMHO – no. We may be waiting – but not on that. Further, while I think it excellent news they are even talking about a comprehensive HCL – I doubt it is the “lynch-pin” for an RV.

As stated already by the CBI they expect this process to take at least 2 years or more to complete. This is not an overnight event.

3-9-2015 Intel Guru MarkZ There is a tremendous amount of intel pointing to a big announcement tomorrow. The banking side seems to think we are there. I honestly am not sure, I am getting mixed information from the Iraqi side right now that is pointing to “not quite yet”. On the banking side I am repeatedly being told there will be a wait of up to ten days between the announcement and anyone having any money. Treat it as rumor, remember NO ONE will know the exact process until it happens.

3-9-2015 RUMOR Guru Cards were updated on Saturday, successfully. They updated their international wire system, and that works; we know someone who has received funds that way. We contacted four of the major banks, and they all got the same rates, and the same instructions for the time to be ready to go. The laws have all been passed, the system has been checked and double-checked, the people have it on their cards and it has been announced that the rates will change. A few tests have been run through with a few big companies. We are the last to go, and it’s our turn. We’re in a good place, all systems are Go… We did expect it over the weekend, and there was a delay. The banks have been given another date and time. It’s not March 15th, nor 2016! The rate is there, it’s live, and it’s on hold. Everyone had the green light, and it went international on Sunday. All that remains is for this to be announced. There is no US delay. The information cannot get much better…I don’t see any negatives apart from the fact that I’m not at the bank this minute, but I know I’m on my way.

3-9-2015 Another RUMOR Guru On Friday we said in 3-4 days we should be ready to go, and that is still the case. It’s 3-4 days from Friday and we are sitting on the Go. Various laws and procedures were passed or refined in Iraq so that they can send payments all over at the new rates. On Wednesday and Thursday, all the central banks in the world were pinged with the correct numbers, and those were correctly received throughout the world. The IMF and CBI sent out the numbers, and those tests all went very well. The rest of the world is ready. We had more confirmations that everything has been tested throughout their system. Everyone and everything is ready to go. Everything looks wonderful. The Go signal is expected from Dr Abadi and Dr Shabibi – they are being cautious and making sure everything is ready and prepped to go…we understand everyone is prepared throughout the world.
