It is because Iraq, with our help, has sealed their borders…and that means nobody coming in…no foreign currency coming in, no USD currency coming in – no currency going out. Basically, it’s a closed system until the exchanges get started like Tuesday or Wednesday, probably. So that’s good

The television is showing the United States Envoy Barack is here for a while but he’s meeting with Maliki. He’s meeting with the Coordination Framework people but mainly just Maliki. They’re also saying the Coordination Framework still has Maliki as their candidate… FRAMK: IMO this will be the last time the United States sits and talks with Maliki. There will be no more conversations in the future with him after this meeting.

2-28-2026 Newshound Guru Sandy Ingram Trump has not said anything, but Friday has come and gone. Trump has not said anything about Maliki but Maliki is meeting with the US envoy. We’re not sure yet what that means..

2-28-2026 Intel Guru Bruce [via WiserNow] I believe we are not going to get notified in the month of February, but rather, I believe it will occur on the second of March, which is Monday. I believe we’ll get notified…Now, could the emails come out overnight Sunday night, where we could wake up to them Monday morning, set our appointments and go in for exchanges on Tuesday…I believe that is quite possible…it looks like everything is good to go…I’m excited about where we are.

Banks could either merge with other banks or sell themselves and close their doors or come up to speed internationally with KYC (know your customer) and tracking money . So this is the “completion” of its main step. They told us in their “white papers” that this is one of the biggest steps before they lift the purchasing power. I am excited about this. They are telling us their checklist is nearing completion.
