2-4-2015 Newshound Guru Adam Montana I’m going to be blunt here… I keep my expectations low and I hold my excitement regardless of what’s happening. It’s getting progressively harder to stay grounded, even for me… so if you’re one of those that’s like me and you’re on the edge of your seat right now… well, you’re not alone! Here’s some cliff notes: 1. It’s been a long haul, but we are MAKING PROGRESS! We have a new Iraqi PM, we have a new and improved GOI (Government Of Iraq), Chapter 7 is a thing of the past and we are working on the HCL right now.

2-4-2015 Newshound Guru Adam Montana 2. This year’s budget was passed, which is something the former GOI (which included Maliki) was not able to do last year. 3. From my sources: the HCL is in effect but there is some question on security, which is the reason for the delay in making the hcA into the HCL. I don’t like delays any more than any of you, but this makes a lot of sense. It would be irresponsible for the CBI to raise the value of the dinar without considering the security of those that protect the very oil that has a major role in backing the value of the dinar. So… let’s see how this goes over the next couple days. One thing to keep in mind is this: We aren’t the only ones waiting to cash in. There’s a lot of bigwigs here and abroad that are pushing harder than we are!

2-4-2015 Newshound Guru Shredd Article: “CBI has issued new instructions to the stability of the dinar exchange rate.” Quote: “A report issued pointed out by the Central Bank of Iraq that according to the provisions of the Iraqi Central Bank Act for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the Bank and the stability of the Iraqi dinar exchange rate against foreign currency through the optimal use of foreign exchange resources to meet the needs of all and not the central occupancy of functions” …this is really good to see folks. This does not directly apply to us dinar holders. But, here’s the good news. This notice is speaking of securities, like bonds…lending and borrowing agreements… securitized debt available for investment. So, why do we care? This announcement is telling us securities can be denominated in Dinar and invested in by foreign investors.

2-4-2015 Newshound Guru Shredd Today, foreign investors don’t have the option to buy dinar-denominated securities. They don’t exist! This announcement changes that…this announcement proves Iraq is ready for investment. This will prop the value of the dinar once investment starts coming in. It’s hard to imagine a table set like this and no monetary change preceding it planned. This announcement further proves Iraq is really, really ready for foreign investment. Bottom line – Iraq originated and Dinar denominated securities can be global. But this is the cool part…the value to do the “revalue” as stated above, you need the MARKET-DRIVEN rate! Oh, by the way, a market-driven rate means a free float…where all currencies can exchange for the dinar and the value of the securities to be revalued at any time. It’s all good news folks and proves the plan IS for the Dinar to have a market-determined rate soon. This is the “investment into Iraq” we’ve been waiting for.

2-4-2015 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 This (Abadi) Gov’t has been exceptional in keeping it’s word…Either they are waiting on the Budget to now be implemented or it’s EVERYTHING AT ONE TIME! …on the 12th Abadi has a conference to Launch the “economy project”…The CBI doesn’t need the Budget anymore… Now the question is does the Budget need the CBI…and if so…that can happen anyday now!

2-4-2015 Newshound Guru My Ladies ALL THINGS ARE STILL VERY GOOD. THERE IS NO HOLD UP. THERE IS NO ONE ENTITY STOPPING ANYTHING, WE ARE IN A PROCESS AND THINGS ARE LOOKING GREAT. THIS IS A PROCESS AND THERE IS NO REVERSE SWITCH, THERE IS NO PAUSE BUTTON. THE BUDGET WAS VOTED ON THE 29TH, THE HOUSE OF REPS IS COMING BACK ON THE 10TH, ABADI…SAID HE WILL FUNDING ALL THE PROVIDENCES AS PART OF THE ECONOMIC MOVEMENT AND HE WILL BE DOING THIS ON THE 12TH . SO THERE IS A POSSIBLE TIME LINE. JAN 29TH VOTE, 15 DAYS LATER MAX FOR GAZETTE IS 13TH, 10TH IS PARLIAMENT AND LAWS, AND 12TH IS ECONOMIC REFORMS.

2-4-2015 Newshound Guru My Ladies [GURU] NOVA AND I HAVE SAID…WE WILL NOT SEE LAWS WITH OUT FUNDING…AND TO DATE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE BUDGET LAW NOT ONE OTHER SINGLE LAW HAS BEEN ENACTED SINCE THIS NEW GOVERNMENT IS IN. SEVERAL LAWS PASSED THE COUNCIL THIS WEEK AND ARE GOING TO THE HOUSE WHEN THEY RETURN ON THE 10TH. IRAQ IS STILL STUCK UNTIL THEY FUND THE BUDGET. WE ARE IN A GOOD POSITION AND THE PROCESS CONTINUES FOR A BIT LONGER.

2-4-2015 RUMOR Guru TerryK JUST GOT A CALL…CORRECTION TO BE MADE…THE BUDGET IS SIGNED BUT IN FOR REVIEW TO LEGAL AND NOT IN THE PAPER…IT WILL BE POSTED BY THE 12TH OF THIS MONTH. SO THAT MEANS WE WILL SEE THIS ONE WAY OR THE OTHER BY THE 12TH. KEEP FINGERS CROSSED FOR 9:23 PM TOMORROW NIGHT.
