So think about it…is any of this “at the last minute? Answer: No…this is a never ending process for Iraq…and hopefully, as the IMF stated, huge changes will take place with the CBI and the status of the IQD when the world financial institutions begin exchanging the IQD.

THAT WAS THEIR WORDS NOT MINE…IT WAS THEIR WORDS IN BLACK AND WHITE AND AS OF TODAY NOTHING HAS BEEN SAID DIFFERENT.
