2-15-2014 Newshound Guru Millionday they are not going to wait on all of the budget to get the projects rolling, in other words they are going to begin projects and roll forward while they get all the way through all steps and agreements — the thing is that the projects will also begin work and jobs and investment and etc. the 16th of the month is huge and is reported to be a great press release with CBI and all ministers.

Tool absent from the proceedings of the Iraqi Central Bank” the CBI was doing a form of OMO [Open Market Operations] for the past several years, this is just a new twist (in which the CBI steps back from the money supply) which is more in line with other central banks around the world. And after that will be another when they introduce the bonds, etc. In other words, the CBI is phasing in little by little until they are functioning like all other central banks.
