11-8-2014 Newshound Guru Breitling Article: “5 year delay in the dinar and the project…” What people don’t realize is that is a remarkably good article for us! I don’t know if it’s true or not but it has to do with them coming up with their new currency, it has nothing to do with the currency you and I have now. Does this mean the dinar is not going to revalue until after 5 years? They DON’T need a new currency for the currency you and I have to revalue because it’s a note count issue…it’s very very simple. This article makes the currency you and I are sitting on that much more important. It means the value is going to go up and that’s the currency they are going to depend on. Everybody thinks the notes with the 3 zeros on it is going to be a problem…NO it doesn’t…they just have to move decimals over and that’s it…very very simple.

This same economist was on Iraqi TV right after this was published and saying essentially the same thing.

11-8-2014 RUMOR Guru I know there’s people all the way at branch levels, even second-tier banks who are absolutely positively geared up for us to walk through that door, and are being told that and have been trained for that and even have a list as soon as they can active it, that they plan on doing. So I know we’re that close to it…I know it can happen, everything’s done for it to happen, but…it was supposed to happen on Wednesday, and it didn’t happen then, and I’m hoping it happens today or tomorrow…

11-7-2014 RUMOR Guru Mnt Goat I have to say this 2014 budget issue is a done deal. They are not going to formally announce a voting on the budget since much of the detailed project are being rolled over to 2015. I have had many long conversations with my CBI contact…and he talked about some of the programs they have instituted to assist in fighting current and future counterfeiting and financial corruption. He also gave me some insight as to collecting the older, original 3 zero notes and why it is imperative to get them too out of circulation and do it quickly once the RV happens. I believe we are in a rare opportunity and window like never before. In the coming days…not weeks…we should expect the RV.

11-7-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 The G19 (20) Russia excluded is making a move…By the article from the CBI it is the World Bank that is directing Iraq monetary policies…In ink a World Bank delegation is set to meet with Iraqi officials…It is IMO that the CBI governor, Jabouri, Zabari and Abadi do not know the planning of the IMF and World Bank…What I’m saying is I don’t believe they are informed of a rate etc. for their currency…it may be laid out for them hours before we see the release…I am of the opinion that when the World Bank delegation arrives…they hold the keys to release the IQD internationally.

11-7-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 Abadi will be in Erbil to meet with the Kurds on the oil agreement…That should be concluded this weekend…FINGERS CROSSED…This HCL agreement is and always has been a key component to this investment! If this agreement is reached then expect the World Bank delegation…on a “any day arrival” time frame…IMO…I don’t see how Iraq opens the start of 2015 with an immediate change in monetary policy…I believe they need to open that door at least 30 days in advance.

11-7-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 Worse case scenario is 54 days in having confirmed information on exactly what their intentions are…Right now…54 days left in this year…Again IMO…This cat and mouse game over economic reform far exceeds “a neutral event”… And Legardes speech a few weeks ago she said…Iraq’s (used a term for undervalued) currency has served them well and the time has come to “gradually liberate the exchange rate”…She can say gradual etc.. I certainly never expect her to say reinstate the rate etc..etc… But the point is she addressed the undervaluation and called for time to change.

REMEMBER THEY CONSTANTLY CHANGE THEIR MINDS ON WHAT DOES AND DOESN’T WORK FOR THEM THEY AGREE AND TWO DAYS DISAGREE ON THE SAME SUBJECTS ALL THE TIME. I AM PRAYING THAT THE FORWARD MOVEMENT IN AGREEMENT CONTINUE FORWARD. THE HCL IS ONE PERFECT EXAMPLE HOW MANY TIMES THEY HAVE REPORTED IN INK THAT IT WAS FINISHED THEN THE NEXT DAY IT IS NOT? I CAN SAY THE HCL CAN’T BE FUNDED WITHOUT THE RV. ALMOST EVERYTHING ELSE THEY HAVE TO IMPLEMENT REQUIRES A RV TO BE IMPLEMENTED JUST LIKE THE TARIFF LAWS.
