11-4-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG there seems to be a “significant divergence” of narratives on the situation in Iraq. On one side Maliki’s Press Office seems to want to push the story of a “complete embrace” by Washington – However… On the other side there seems to be a very different perspective. 1) Maliki put out press that he was going to a meeting with President Obama and discuss the future of Iraq…In fact, he met with President Obama very little. 2) Upon hearing this narrative by Maliki, Vice President Biden immediately invited ALL the opposition leaders – not a good sign for Maliki to have a series of “negotiations” in DC followed immediately by a visit with all of your opposition members.

11-4-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG 3) Maliki made quite a case for arms support from the US (based on faux terrorism fears). The US was supportive but not particularly forthcoming with public confirmations of any future weapons shipments. This is a problem for Maliki. Personally, I think he needed the US to fork over the weapons without the money. He has deals cooking with Russia, but I am not so sure he’s got the money. Further – no one really believes he won’t try to use these weapons on his own people (aka – terrorists).

11-4-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG 4) Maliki’s trip to DC got “mysteriously” cut short by a day. It was supposed to be 5 days and Maliki was called back by an emergency (we still haven’t heard what that is)…let’s give the “dissenters” here in the US a couple of days to write a few pieces…then give the Arabic feeds a couple of days to figure out what happened and “have at” Maliki for a couple of days. I think by about Wednesday we should have an idea of how badly things are going to get for Maliki. I think this DC trip went about as good for us as it could have. Hang in there…

11-4-20-13 Intel Guru Mnt Goat Do not be so shocked about the nondisclosure agreement (NDA) you will have to sign. It is now part of this process to silence or tone down those who will partake in the rewards of this financial rewards. Remember…the US government decided not to fund the war by doing a massive US Bond drive. Instead they schemed the plan to use Exec Order 13303 to which in part allows average US citizens private ownership of the Iraq currency. So this still is the plan to be used to pay for the war in Iraq and we are the so-called investors who supported this plan. We can be proud of ourselves since we have been instrumental in helping millions of Iraq citizens survive the aftermath of the war and to help that country build up their CBI reserves for reconstruction. All they truly need now is to revalue the provisional currency…

11-3-2013 Intel Guru Mnt Goat Let me clarify first that the meetings between the prime minister of Iraq (and other dignitaries) and US president Obama (and other dignitaries) held last week in DC had nothing and I mean absolutely nothing to do with the revaluation of the IQD or the GCR. These meetings were not about our currency investments.

11-3-20-13 Intel Guru Mnt Goat I have proof that the lower denoms first began being slowing introduced and showing up in the banks for usage back in April of this year and have increasingly become more circulated. Today, 6 months later, we know that almost every providence in Iraq now has the lower denoms…Prices today now have been adjusted and it is becoming more and more common in the markets that the USD price tags are now slowly going away. They can do this since in their eyes, these already hold an increased value from whatever rate they were paid on their cards…For example the HCL law allows for payments at a rate of $1.17, pensions funds at .96 and certain contractor work at $3.44.

Guru Critic, If you are referring to the 50-250 and 500 notes, they have been out for years, there are NO “new lower denoms” being circulated. If you have “proof” that they are, lets see pictures of them. They would serve no purpose unless the “RV” occurred and value was raised across the board, as we all know, that has not happened.

What does this tell us? This all speaks to us RV, RV, RV…RV !!!! The news from Iraq could not get any better. Please do not tell me ever that this RV has nothing to do with Iraq!

Again from all the news I am hearing the next window is once again from next Thursday to Sunday. I do not believe that we will see any changes until this next window if we do not see this happen today (Sunday Nov 3rd). I am standing firm that we are yet today even closer than ever from the news of my contacts. So if you truly want to know what is now holding up the RV I will tell you….ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !

[Guru] Bondlady has said this over and over again, they MUST have the economic laws in place to support everything including backing the dinar as well as the free market etc… they have it all just need the legislation to back it up!
