11-27-2015 Newshound Guru firefly sure as heck won’t be 86 cents since that is based off the program rate and a program rate is NOT a real rate…it is an imposed rate by the IMF…remember, the IQD is the only currency in the past 10 plus yrs that has never decreased in value. just remember, the lowest currency in the ME is 20 something cents so forget this stupid 10 cent speculation.
11-26-2015 Newshound Guru firefly Can’t have border Tariffs without a rate that is NOT a program rate. Interesting the 50k notes have been postponed also. Supposedly till 2016. December should be VERY interesting. …things are looking VERY promising.
