11-25-2014 Newshound Guru wmawhite IMO…the CBI will change the staus of the IQD when it is ready…when it has what it needs in place (worldwide). Remember, the CBI is working with numerous financial entities around the globe to do this. Remember, the IQD will be a product of Iraq and the CBI is the store. Through all of these trade agreements that Parliament has been signing is lining up the eventual customers that the CBI will need to help strenghten the IQD. I look at what we see today and compare it to 4 1/2 years ago and this is great. What we don’t hear is the fact that Iraq still has foreign companies coming into Iraq to do business. They know what is coming. Growth.

11-25-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 I was told…that in Iraq “financial resource centers” usually open at 7:30 am and close 3;30pm….Today notices are on doors that they open at 8am and will be operating extended hours to 11;30 pm…This is confirmed!! Don’t know hours of operation tomorrow etc…but they are working double shifts today…People in Jordan and Lebanon have cards loaded with salaries but cannot get money and cannot travel to Iraq…so I suspect that this may have to do with the Mastercard being accepted outside of Iraq to ease the burden on displaced citizens…I know they said the limit of cash per day on transactions is $3,000 per day cash withdrawal…$4,000 internet purchases…and 10,000 in Iraq marketplace…so this is using a “card”…(not necess…a Qi card).

IT IS IMPORTANT BUT …THERE ARE OTHER LAWS OF EQUAL IMPORTANCE AND THEY DIRECTLY AFFECT THE BANKING SYSTEM. IT WAS ALREADY DECIDED THAT THE GOI WOULD NOT INVENT NEW LAWS, WOULD NOT WRITE NEW LAWS INTO THE CONSTITUTION…THAT THEY WOULD JUST GO WITH THE ORIGINAL OIL AND GAS LAW OF 2007 WITH MORE MUTUALLY AGREED UPON NUMBERS BETWEEN KURDISTAN AND GOI INSERTED.

NOW UNDERSTAND PLEASE OIL AND GAS HAS ITS PLACE AND SO DOES THE AIRPORT AND THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF DINAR AND YES THE ECONOMIC REFORM, BUT IT ALL STARTS AND STOPS WITH THE CBI. AND WHAT DOES THE CBI CONTROL? THE BANKING SYSTEM, BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE. AND WHAT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP THESE BANKS OPERATIONAL AND MOVING INTO THE NEW MONETARY SYSTEM? INTO THE NEW INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM? AN INFRASTRUCTURE AND LAWS.

WE NEED TO MOVE WITH THE PROCESS NOT TRY TO TURN THE PROCESS INTO WHAT WE WANT IT TO BE. IS OUR INVESTMENT SOUND? IN OUR OPINION…YES IT IS! THERE IS A HUGE STRATEGY IN PLACE…AND HAVE A PLAN. THAT PLAN WAS NOT CONSTRUCTED TO FAIL.
