11-23-2024 Intel Guru Frank26 Question: “Will the rate change prior to [December] 31st IYO?” It is my hope, it is my desire but if you show them the new lower notes in ’24, have you not given it to them? If you show it to them are you not giving it to them? That’s why I believe strongly in this year. But it doesn’t matter because if they cancel the auctions on the 31st what are they going to do on January 1st?

11-23-2024 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] Article: “Economist: The total cost of the general population census amounted to $951 billion dinars” This is about $80 million dollars. Cudos to the Iraqi government and their accurate census. I am told they should have the numbers by Sunday… People I know in Iraq have been saying the HCL is waiting for those census numbers. And should be approved quickly after the census totals are released.

There’s going to be consequences if you don’t play by the rules, just like the black market. I think $4 is too much too because no money in the world cost that much…Give me $2.50 I’d be happy.

The session is still expected to end just before Dec 10th which is “Victory Day” I am still hearing HCL is in there as well. And hopefully a rate change.

The IMF suggesting shocks to come is likely a heads up that change is coming. Let’s hope that change to come is for Iraq’s exchange rate…

Whereas before you had scientists, professors, people from the CBI giving lectures and telling them, ‘We’ll this is my opinion about what might happen…’ But now, forget the opinions. Forget the negativity…

They have already started oil shipments again so I believe it could be done.

11-22-2024 Intel Guru Bruce [via WiserNow] …This past Saturday and this past Sunday…They took four of our currencies, Iraqi Dinar, Vietnamese Dong, Afghanistan Afghani and the Indonesian Rupiah, those four currencies are being tested on all bank screens around the globe, and they wanted to test and make sure the rates of those were coming up the same in each country where they were showing up…the word was, they all went off without a hitch. So the system is ready.
