Quotes: “The real shift occurs in the subsequent adjustment of the exchange rate. The Central Bank has developed several scenarios, with internal studies predicting that the floating dinar could stabilize automatically at a value in the distant future between 3.22 and 4.25 dinars to the dollar.”

I know some believe there’s going to be a GCR, but it is mathematically impossible. What is happening IMO is the effects of the tariffs. The tariffs are forcing many currencies to adjust their rate according to the American dollar which gives us an opportunity to profit. 11-13-2025 Newshound Guru Sandy Ingram Let’s talk about the rumors being reported as facts…First of all, there has been no ‘official’ report of the Central Bank of Iraq removing zeros nor about changing the value of the currency at this time…You have to double check everything from AI to CBI to NBC, ABC, all of them. You have to fact check. Fact checking includes you checking with other sources to make sure what you are saying is at least 80% to 90% correct. I’m not sure where these YouTube channels are getting their information…Are they lying? I don’t know. They may be reporting news from 2 or 3 years ago. Is Iraq trying to hide certain facts from us? Yes, absolutely. However, nothing these YouTube channels have reported thus far have turned out to be true…

Is there a way to tell which one is correct…? There’s misinformation being spread all over the place. Article: “Iraq’s central bank denies possible depreciation of Iraqi currency” I have heard about this rumor many times over the last several months…Remember who I told you controls the state-run news agency [in Iraq]? That would be Maliki and his people. This would be his attempt to smear Al-Sudani…You really want to hear the news directly from the central bank of Iraq when it comes to exchange rate. Everything else you have to take with a grain of salt…No, there’s no depreciation of the Iraqi dinar to 4,000 dinars.

MarkZ: I would not be surprised on the HCL. They have a history of doing that. And I could live with those rates…lol I think it could be closer to the $4.25, but we shall see.

Preposterous! …That’s as silly as taking photographs of every piece of currency you hold or having to present your receipt of purchase to exchange. It’s a 988 IRC currency exchange. That’s all. I have been converting currencies for decades and never once have I had to present proof of purchase / ownership.

That parliament elects the president of Iraq. The president of Iraq then nominates a prime minister normally from the majority coalition. That nominee proposes a cabinet and then parliament votes to approve the cabinet and thereby the prime minister assumes office. That’s why the parliament vote is so important.

Now they start trying to gather more blocks to join him and then to nominate Al-Sudani for a second term. Hope Maliki isn’t sneaky like he always is and finds a way to always win. Let’s hope that doesn’t happen.

They have already removed those that don’t want anything to do with Donald Trumps plan to make Iraq great again. Those against the monetary reform success, those that want to continue to steal Iraq’s money. So IMO you’ll see the government ready soon.

I do believe that Sudani being re-elected is a good thing and things will be stable and push the RV along – to a close.
