but i liked that the official rate is above 3…but it is discussing the reason to keep it lower and the reason to set it high…the low end is 1.16…some say that is what it will be but we have many comments from iraq that state the higher — of course alot has been done by then — we will know soon enough with the banking done and waiting for insurance…that is for the economic activation…[All they’re missing is an rv?] thats what i am saying…bring it on already.

Based on what we have been reading and also hearing off tv, I believe Maliki knows he needs to give some value before the elections. 10-4-2013 Intel Guru Loechin We were thinking of what might be the holdup, from China, Iraq, the US, etc. I’ve heard it all, but the holdup has already been dealt with.
An enormous amount of money changed hands this week. A very powerful lady figure stepped in and said if it’s not done in “X” amount of days she will step in and do it. We know that this is factual. The final payment is in process or already paid to Kuwait. We should see rates live tomorrow into Sunday. I heard a 72 hour wait was put on it but it may have been taken off, we wait to see how that plays out. The rates are $25.99 for IQN and the VNN is showing in the 2’s. I think it will come out in the high 2’s but will soon jump into the 3’s. The “all banks open” or “all banks closed” situation has been taken off of the table because of the circumstances. It can go at anytime.

Guru Critic, “She” does NOT have the authority to raise the exchange rate of any currency, much less the Iraqi dinar or VND. You, Terry and Tony are the only ones saying this crap and it’s wrong. 10-4-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony I’ve been getting lots of good information.
Wednesday there were meetings in DC to bring this to a conclusion. What was holding this up? China, Iraq and the US were involved in it. The rate is $25.87 and will definitely go higher and there were lots of meetings to get it there. What we found out was Obama was holding it up to get the rate it is coming out at and to raise the ceiling rate. You will be getting 9X what you were expecting to get. Also, up until 2 days ago, it was not usable here but all that has now changed. Also, China and Iraq had a deal behind our backs and were shipping oil when they should not have been.

10-4-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony Banks again were notified and were told to call their people in, extra security was brought in and preparing again for later today. Banks were instructed to cash out one 25,000 note before your appointment, this info comes from 1 bank, Wells Fargo. The minimum rate is $25.87 and the 30 days cash in is still in place. After the 30 days, your rate could be greatly reduced. The Dong is in the basket and has a good rate $2.76 or $2.67. The symbols IQN and VNN are still not public knowledge. The people at the call centers and cash out centers see it on their screens so don’t worry about that.
