If they have a Currency Reform plan that follows that agenda, we are not going to have access to it.

10-25-2013 Intel Guru TD [SO what do you make of the trips of Turki in China, GOI officials (& Maliki) in the USA?] Well, much has to do with the roll out of the Economic Reform Law & it’s vital programs & policies. These meetings mark the blueprint details to get Iraq into the global stage. China wants doors open for it’s goods & contractors, Iraq want’s to sell them more oil & is trying to achieve much needed foreign capital & investments.

10-25-2013 Intel Guru TD EVERY NATION needs China as a trading & investment partner to achieve global success. It’s a fact of reality in a intertwined global economy. And as far as the delegation to the USA, similar needs and Maliki who has been in Obama’s doghouse is desperate to be liked and petted. He really pissed off Obama when he tried buying Russian Military Goods.

Guru Critic, IMO Obama put America in the “doghouse” because of his foreign policy or lack there of. Most of the foreign leaders do not want to have anything to do with Obama. Maliki has succeeded in buying Russian weapons, it’s all over the news. Maybe if Obama was a little more humble they would be “friends” with the USA and established a better relationship with Iraq, but instead Iraq is better “friends’ with Russia now. JMHO

10-25-2013 Intel Guru TD [Are there significance in these trips relative to our investment?] Iraq can go with introduction of the IQD ( IQN) at any time BUT that the roll out of the Economic Reform Programs will have greater impact (in due time) to a stronger & sustainable introduction and these programs are JUST BEING UNVEILED, so this is the first inning of the ball game IMHO. We shall see many more trips like this to and from many nations in the months ahead.

10-24-2013 Intel Guru Delta • Delta is very confident that the new rate will be released in 2013, and in his opinion only, he believes that before thanksgiving (in usa) we could see something, but again, there is no date or rate.• Delta does not expect anything to happen while turki is out of iraq, and turki will return to iraq on oct 27 or 28. it would be great to see 3+ but realistically, in his opinion somewhere from 0.86 to 1.16 is likely for the iqd to come out…it will increase in value slowly.

10-24-2013 Intel Gurus Frank26 & Nova [via another] there are no rumors any longer, all the information that is being relayed is fact, not rumor; we are no longer seeing agreements or negotiations, we are seeing implementation; what was “missed” by most are in two articles…the first is the goi telling the cbi to implement the full payment to egypt; this is amazing because we must go back to april when egypt requested to borrow money from iraq – that was the agreement, now we see the implementation; to implement, there must be a rate; the article stated that they need to “recalculate” to a different figure, coming out or around $3.60 – $3.70.

And why they had double auctions and on Thursday nothing also Saturday none.] Basically, I’ve decided that the auctions are not a leading indication of importance, so I’ve stopped paying attention to them. The auctions are a lag measure, which means they are the result of things that already happened… not something that is going to happen.

Guru Critic, they did not hold auctions for several days because of their EID celebrations/holiday’s. I believe the auctions are a great indicator, the auctions will stop all together before any RV.
