10-22-2013 PUMPER Guru Mnt Goat It seems the train has left the station and is accelerating at high speed. The final final stage to the RV started sometime last week. As the train left the station there is no turning back. It is not about someone or some entity stopping it. It will pop when it is ready. We just have to wait for the correct next station to arrive…I received multiple calls from sources saying that we should be ready for this process to conclude any day now. There is only one conclusion we can now draw from all this information. This conclusion was that it is in the final implementation timeframe.
10-22-2013 PUMPER Guru Mnt Goat To implement the transition of this new currency there were many items to be done in this implementation phase. It has taken months to accomplish. We only get anxious because we are being told almost daily it is going to happen tonight. We then think it is held up when in fact the process is in play. In April they moved from an agreement phase of the process to the implementation phase. They (meaning Iraq) must now show the rate to the world and finally go international. There is really nothing else for them to do now.

Next, or in very close proximity to the CBI posting the rate, the exchanges and banks will be activated. The final, final process has begun. It will be sudden and swift. Be ready! It is coming!

IT PASSED THE COUNCIL BACK IN AUGUST, AND THE NEWS FROM THAT THINK TANK PAPER CLEARLY STATED IT ALSO PASSED PARLIAMENT. LIKE THE BUDGET, IT JUST AWAITS IMPLEMENTATION IN THE GAZETTE.

THEY ARE WAITING TO MOVE TO A MARKET ECONOMY AND INTO ART 8 WHICH ENTAILS A TRADEABLE AND RECOGNIZED CURRENCY. KEY WORD BEING RECOGNIZED.
