10-22-2016 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: “Iraq receives a second loan from the International Monetary Fund” [does this mean they have raised the value of the dinar as per apparent requirement or not?] …the official value of the dinar is 1182. There is no requirement for them to raise the value. The value will rise, only as a result of the CBI unpegging the dinar when the time is right to counter inflationary pressure created by investors and investment in Iraq. They need laws, stability and progress in many areas before that can happen.

I remember 5 or 6 years ago we were talking about ATMs being more widespread, which was important to handle the “physical cash” aspect… we’re well beyond that now. Many things were preventing progress from moving quicker, but we are well beyond that and the time is coming!
10-21-2016 RUMOR Guru Bruce We don’t do dates and rates. Do I know the rates? Yes I know to the penny. I won’t tell you. I can tell you they are going up, moving up, and moving up more. It is just not my job to put them out. As far as readiness is concern, we believe we are in a position to take advantage of this through our exchange process very shortly. Can’t say it is hours or days away, but not going to happen around Christmas. We can see certain things did have to occur. The Paris Agreement, the INDO Declaration, in Iraq with removable of ISIS and the taking back of Mosul, etc. I do believe we are under way what we are looking for. A process rolling out. A slow process. I would look for Iran and Iraq be prominent the next few days what they plan to do. It is imminent and in great shape moving forward. Super position.
