Article: “Minister to postpone the vote on the Kurds to next Saturday”. Kurds will get sworn in when they settle with Baghdad which will lead to a vote on the budget, that’s how I see it.

10-16-2014 Newshound Guru tlm724 I would almost bet that the CBI will say we just need to make a few amendments to the current CBI laws on the books to protect our wealth from terrorism and forgery and we are ready to rock and roll and you know once they seat the kurds in parliament making those amendments won’t be hard at all, new players, new attitude, new Iraq! If there was ever a time this is it and those that know me know that I have NEVER been this excited! I have never given a window either but we are close and I feel that we will be good to go by the first quarter of the new year, January even if not before, jmo.

ISIL has taken on a life of its own, much father and faster than expected, but we’re still not going to let Iraq fall into ISIL’s hands. Now the news is talking about Baghdad being surrounded, and at the same time we know that there are over 80 representatives discussing how to rebuild Baghdad and the Iraqi economy, and people think that Baghdad is about to be overrun by Friday?! What is the reasoning for painting that picture? On Saturday, Fox News put out an articles saying that the two final ministers had been named, and…the Budget has been passed and will be formally announced on Thursday.
10-16-2014 RUMOR Guru There is nothing stopping this from happening – no reason within the process. If it stops it’s for outside reason, to accomplish something else. It should have happened yesterday. Iraq is ready to do this. Monday evening was rescheduled for Thursday. They keep posting this on their television, giving people different explanations. Now, today, the CBI and finance ministers talked for quite a while about how this is ready. So it is not Iraq. This has gone back and forth. They did ask for the extension over the weekend, but they were ready again by Monday. It’s a constantly moving target. There is a window and a time for it to be taken off hold.
10-16-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 IMO…There will not be an RV until foreign boots are able to assist Iraq with security on the ground…And reports are being whispered that yesterday…21 countries said yes to boots on the ground…Iraq can say no all they want…But be assured that 21 nations are not interested in Iraqi pride being the dictator to how the nations should proceed and spend their money in military assistance… Simple terms…How many of you think a US Bank or US Treasury are going to give you huge sums of USD for IQD and risk their bottom line on the ASSUMPTION that Iraq will eventually get the security situation under control…NO WAY IN EVVVVER…Banks want collateral and security and Iraq lacks security which jepordizes their collateral.
10-16-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 Here is what is confusing…I am told that between Erbil and Baghdad the roads are open and safe to travel now and trade and shipping transfers have resumed…There have been no incidents reported for weeks…So just how much of what is happening is being over cooked? We know Sunni territory is where the heat is…US coalition wants boots on the ground and extra security.
10-16-2014 Intel/Newshound Guru tman23 The only way a RV happens in the short TERM is we need to see US BOOTS ON THE GROUND with foreign countries also. [Is…what you’re saying you don’t think this thing is going to happen until there’s boots on the ground which probably won’t happen until the first of the year?] I think we need to wait and see if any monetary change takes affect and we get notice Tuesday Nov 4th…day after our Fed Board meets on foreign exchange rates…And the week the Kurds should receive first payment to the region. When I say Nov 4th…it is because of several events that are lining up before that week and during that week…and not all of it pertains to Iraq but rather ties into a bigger ribbon that includes other agencies outside of Iraq…And if I were to bet I would wager on the First week of Nov as of right now…this is all IMHO!
