We have completed the monetary reform of our country.’ We all know what that means, it’s going to add purchasing power by lifting the three zeros from the exchange rate…We’re waiting for the certification from the IMF, United States Treasury and from the board of directors. 2 of those 3, that’s the United States of America. You think we’re not going to give them the certification? …They’ve got to certify it so everybody says [the rate] is legit…It is good to finally be told the truth by the CBI.

Redemption centers are a redeeming bank with trained personnel to do your exchange right there. No putting it in an envelope and sending it off. Banks desperately want our business so they can give us a higher rate with lower fees …Banks will get more customers and more deposits which keeps them in business. That’s how banks make money. Question: How close will these redemption centers be? I was told that 90% of Americans would have a location under 50 miles. If you live 3 hours from civilizations like in rural Montana or the Dakotas…of course you have to drive further. I hear you will have even more choices in Europe because you are used to dealing with foreign currencies all the time.

Some are people that are involved in security, etc, but they’re all pretty much suggesting for tier 4B, should…begin exchanges as early Thursday this week…we could get notified Thursday, set appointments and begin exchanges on the same day…Very possible, and I hope that’s going to be the case for us.
