Ali al-MoussawiBaghdad / Baghdadi news / .. Iraqi government has expressed, on Monday, its opposition to the use of Iraqi airspace and territory to launch any attack against Syria, while Western powers threatening to possible military action against Damascus.
He said media adviser to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki Ali al-Moussawi said in remarks seen by / Baghdadi News /, “We were and still against military action, and we hope that there will be a peaceful solution and a political crisis because a military solution does not only lead to aggravation of the crisis.”
Al-Moussawi said, “We fixed position of the Syrian crisis, we do not approve any use of the skies or our territory to attack any neighboring country.”
