Iranian television announced today, Thursday, that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps targeted American ships off the coast of Bahrain, while also indicating that the forces have imposed specific transit routes through the Strait of Hormuz.
It added that “all ships coming from around the world are required to pass through the Iranian route in the Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz.” The
report also noted “violent explosions in the eastern regions of Jordan,” stating that “an industrial complex was among the targets bombed.”
It explained that “Iranian forces targeted American ships stationed off the coast of Bahrain with cruise missiles, and that a destroyer and several other American ships in the Gulf were also subjected to missile attacks.”
The report confirmed that “Iranian forces are using Khaibar Shahin missiles in their current attacks targeting American bases in the West Asia region.”
