Baghdad (Forat) -The Independent High Electoral Commission for Elections (IHEC), announced on Thursday not determining certain date to announce the results of 2014′ parliamentary elections .
Seror al- Heatawi , member of the Board of Commissioners, stated to Alforat News Agency” The counting process of the electoral votes , needs at least 7 days, as IHEC is working today to transfer of ballot boxes from the stations to the sub-centers .”
The ballot boxes’ transporting process was not completed yet , and therefore we are not able to announce the parliamentary elections’ results , unless completing votes counting , al-Heatawi continued.
Moreover, al-Heatawi assured concerning Baghdad, we will complete transporting ballot boxes to “Baghdad Fair” at 1pm of today Thursday afternoon ,then we will begin counting and sorting the electoral voters’ votes./End/
