Failed the House of Representatives during its meeting Sunday for the second time in choosing a speaker and two deputies, carrying the former President of Parliament Osama Najafi other blocs responsible for the failure of the meeting being failed in the selection of two vice presidents, as well as the failure to choose the names of candidates for the posts of presidents and ministers.
