The Coordination Framework on Thursday welcomed the completion of the government formation and the obtaining of the confidence of the House of Representatives for the Deputy Prime Ministers and Ministers, wishing them success in assuming their national responsibilities and serving the people of Iraq.
The framework confirmed, in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, that the completion of the government cabinet represents an important step to enhance political stability, activate state institutions, and proceed with the implementation of the government program according to priorities that meet the needs and aspirations of citizens.
He praised the efforts of the political forces and members of the House of Representatives in fulfilling this constitutional requirement, noting that cooperation and understanding between the parties contributed to completing the formation of the executive authority.
On Thursday evening, the Iraqi parliament voted on three deputy prime ministers, including Ali al-Zaidi, and on 11 candidates for vacant ministries, including a minister of state, with the exception of the Ministry of Immigration.
This came during the 26th session held by Parliament, chaired by Speaker Hebat Al-Halbousi, and attended by 261 members of parliament.
