The representative of the framework, Faleh Al-Khazali, said during a press conference for a group of coordination representatives, held in the parliament building and attended by a Shafaq News Agency correspondent, “Today we are facing a great historical responsibility as there are still many who want to impose their will on the Iraqi people, and most recently what was issued yesterday.” Immediately after the enactment of the anti-prostitution law,” he stated, “this law is consistent with the common sense, morals, values, constants and originality of the Iraqi people.”

He added, “What came out from the American ambassador represents an attack and insult to the legislative institution and the Iraqi people, and also some nonsense was issued, and therefore we are faced with a responsibility towards these statements and what represents a disregard for the will of the Iraqis.”

He added, “Yes, at a time when everyone was silent in the face of the violations against humanity with the slaughter of more than 130,000 martyrs of our people in Gaza and the displacement of two million citizens, and this silence is coupled with support for the American military and politicians in the Security Council, they come out against us to demand human rights,” adding, “We say from this standpoint They must take into account human rights by not violating student demonstrators who reject American, Israeli and British crimes in Palestine. We also call on the government to send a memorandum to expel and replace the American ambassador for her interference in Iraqi affairs.”

For his part, the representative of the framework, Youssef Al-Kalabi, said in response to a question by Shafaq News Agency correspondent, that members of the House of Representatives collected, today, more than 61 signatures to submit a memorandum to approach the government through the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, considering the American ambassador as an undesirable person, and requesting that she be replaced.

He added that the ambassador is carrying out “works outside her job, including interfering in the internal affairs of the country, the latest of which is what she published yesterday,” considering it “a blatant attack on the work of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and interference in the legislation of a law that is considered to preserve the principles, values ​​and morals of the Iraqi family.”

Al-Kalabi continued, saying, “What the American ambassador and some European Union ambassadors did yesterday after the enactment of the law that preserves principles, is a revelation of the nakedness of the human values ​​that they were singing about to prove that they are just ink on paper and agendas that they are trying to apply to the countries of the world, so whenever they “They wanted.”
