Baghdad (news) .. A member of a coalition of state law, Adnan al-Sarraj, the Federal Supreme Court postponed a speech claiming Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki declared unconstitutional mandated Haider Abadi, the formation of the next government, until further notice.
