Today, Tuesday, February 4, 2025, the Federal Supreme Court issued a judicial order to suspend the implementation of the general amnesty, personal status, and real estate return laws.
On January 21, the House of Representatives voted to approve the Personal Status Law No. (188) of 1959, and the draft law to return real estate to its owners, which is covered by some decisions of the Revolutionary Command Council (dissolved).
