Oil Ministry announced for extinguishing Albirno. 70 in Qayyarah oil field south of the city of Mosul.
He said ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said in a statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that ” the technical and engineering teams in the North Oil Company , retaining and those of oil companies , civil defense and effort of engineering the military was able to extinguish the well 70 in Qayyarah oil field.”
Jihad said that ” the workers in these technical and engineering teams efforts are continuing for control of the rest of the wells and extinguish smoldering ones and number five wells after the competent teams of the Ministry of Oil has succeeded during the last period of the control of the fires wells burning in 20 wells within the mentioned field.”
The Daesh terrorist gangs may have set fire to oil wells in southern Mosul , Qayyarah field before the arrival of the security forces and edit the end of last year.
