The former Parliament Presidency advisor, Hammam Al-Shamma, described, on Tuesday, the decision to change the dollar’s exchange as an economic setback, indicating that the decision caused an increase in poverty and unemployment rates and ended the existence of the Iraqi economy in the first place.
