Reliable source told the site “arenas of Liberation” on Monday evening that “strong measures taken hastily after confirmed information about targeting the Green Zone, a number of attacks, sparking panic in the prime minister and a number of security and intelligence institutions.”
The source explained, “it was evacuating all the important documents that relate to files security and political internal and external Maliki’s office and moved to a safe place south of Baghdad,” as well as “transfer of a number of prisoners dangerous convicted in a secret prison inside the Green Zone to jails safe south of the country,” stressing that “Prisoners had Akhvahm Maliki refused to international reports about their presence in a secret prison inside the Green Zone.”
The source revealed that the measures included “decisions to prevent the entry of any elements of protection for officials and disarmament of any official holds permission to enter the Green Zone,” and he noted “exodus of scope for families senior government officials, politicians and security amid a state of terror in the special forces, al-Maliki and his security and intelligence. ”
