BAGHDAD / JD / .. Committee revealed the economy and investment representative for the failure of five-year plans and decimal, as it called on the government to use global organizations and international experience in the development of plans for the acceleration of economic growth wheel of the Iraqi economy.
Said committee member Rep. Amer Jassim told / JD /: that the Iraqi government, although they adopt the principle of a free market economy, but that the Iraqi economy is still lagging and operates according to the central totalitarian regimes, and there is no scientific and practical steps to turn it into a free economy.
He pointed out: that the economic plans set by the government and the Ministry of Planning Kalkhmsah or decimal did not succeed and stop in the middle of the period specified due to the lack of vision of future economic in addition to the lack of expertise, which requires it to use international expertise in the development of economic plans.
He added that his committee some time ago called on the government to use the organizations of the global economic and offices Strategic and International Studies for the preparation of studies and plans from which to put the foundations and rules of the government can be followed in order to develop the Iraqi economy and promotion. / End / 8 /
