Domestic and foreign borrowing law comes into effect

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Iraqi Official Gazette {official} published a law on domestic and external borrowing to enter into force.
A statement of the Ministry of Justice, which the {Euphrates News Agency} received, a copy of it, quoted the Director General of the newspaper’s department, Haifa Shukr Mahmoud, as saying that “the new issue of the Iraqi Fact Sheet has been issued with the number (4590), which included a presidential decree and a number of decisions and statements that Ratified by the Presidency of the Republic. ”
And he stated, “The issue included the issuance of Law No. (5) for the year 2020, domestic and foreign borrowing to finance the fiscal deficit for the year 2020.”
