BAGHDAD / obelisk: The dollar rose to its highest level in seven years against the Japanese Yen on Wednesday after a landslide victory that raised the Republicans in the midterm elections in the United States hopes the end of the political stalemate in Washington, which boosted investors’ appetite for risk .
The dollar rose to 114.40 yen, its highest level since December 2007 .
