On Sunday, the representative of the Sovereignty Alliance, Adnan Al-Juhaishi, confirmed the continuation of disputes over Articles 13 and 14 related to the delivery of Kurdistan region’s oil.
Al-Juhaishi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma agency, “The paragraph related to the saved Kurdistan employees’ money has been reached, and there are only technical differences left that can be overcome as soon as possible,” pointing out that “the dispute is currently about Articles 13 and 14 related to the delivery of oil to the government.” Federal”.
He pointed out that “those differences” need joint dialogues with all parties in order to culminate in the approval of the final vote and the general budget law, and we hope that this will happen within the next two days.
And former member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Muhammad Al-Shabki, suggested passing the budget in the middle of this week, indicating that the Finance Committee had completed the last items related to the budget.
