According to a local source in Nineveh province on Sunday, he said that “the organization of Daesh terrorist closed last its headquarters main known in the district of Tall Afar, west of Mosul center and call it black name of the building,” pointing out that “the headquarters was opened after the control of the organization to eliminate post-2014.”
