Local residents said that the organization (Daash), the oldest on the right hand of five young pieces of Mosul because of smoking in an alley east of Mosul. Agency said the population (Basenyoz) four, “The organization of the five young people were arrested in eastern Mosul Algiers region after saw them members of the organization who are smoked. ” He continued population that “the so-called Sharia court in the organization is to cut off the right hand of the five young people in the Algiers region, before the public.” The organization has a smoking ban and issued a fatwa require amputation of the right hand of each person to be arrested while smoking.
