The coordination framework said in a statement, “The Council of Ministers intends to submit the 2023 budget to the House of Representatives for approval during a meeting of the framework’s leaders, which was attended by Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’ al-Sudani,” explaining that “the Prime Minister provided a detailed explanation of the mechanisms on the basis of which the federal budget was drawn up and the extent of its consistency. with the government programme.
He added, “The prime minister provided an explanation regarding the dialogues that the Central Bank conducted with the US Federal Bank in Istanbul two days ago, and the reform packages issued by the Central Bank.”
