The coordination framework said in a statement, “The Council of Ministers intends to submit the 2023 budget to the House of Representatives for approval during a meeting of the framework’s leaders, which was attended by Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’ al-Sudani,” explaining that “the Prime Minister provided a detailed explanation of the mechanisms on the basis of which the federal budget was drawn up and the extent of its consistency. with the government programme.
