Civil Status: National ID card transactions will be suspended tomorrow

The Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence announced today, Wednesday, the suspension of receiving and promoting national card transactions tomorrow, Thursday, due to updates to the system.
The Directorate stated in a statement received by {Euphrates News} that it “announces the suspension of receiving and promoting citizens’ transactions related to the national card system on Thursday in order to make updates to the system.”
She added, “Work will resume on Sunday, February 16, 2025, and we call on citizens to take this notice into consideration to avoid any delay or disruption of their transactions.”
