Council of the Iraqi Central Bank administration decided to open two branches for him to manage its activities and functions in the Kurdistan region.

the statement added that” regional officials commended on this initiative and instructed to meet the requirements of making it easier for the central bank to engage his duties there. ”
the statement noted that” the central bank had earlier announced the opening of a branch in the mid – Euphrates region – based province of Najaf and this comes in light of the bank ‘s policy to strengthen its oversight role and the oversight and development and in line with the goals set forth in the law No. 56 of 2004 “.
