Central Bank of Iraq: $ 232.7 million in currency sales at Thursday’s auction

RIYADH – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Iraq data showed, today, Thursday, a rise in currency sales of $ 11.33 million compared to the previous auction.
According to central data, the value of currency sales reached 232.69 million dollars, compared to 221.37 million dollars in Wednesday’s auction.
The exchange rate was 1190 dinars per dollar, at the auction held with the participation of 32 banks.
The sums sold by Thursday’s auction were earmarked to boost bank balances abroad.
