5-5-2016 Newshound Guru Islandg1211 The statements about the IMF “concluding everything in May,” is not directly saying that the CBI will RV in May. There are three different things expected to happen in May between the IMF and the CBI. The statement is referring to concluding the agreements that started ten days ago with Jack Lew co-signing Iraq’s debt and getting them a better credit rating which would allow their international bonds to be issued at a lower than 11% interest rate down to about 4%. Another reference regarding the IMF “concluding everything in May” statement is the LOI plan for the first half of 2016, which includes the IMF’s review of each step of compliance. The IMF, under the terms of the LOI, has their last scheduled meeting for the end of May. The CBI may have to have that final review of their compliance to the LOI before they can RV. The article is simply saying that their LOI plan for the first half of 2016 will hold the final meeting scheduled under that plan end of May. Read more…

4-30-2016 Intel Guru SteveI I…called a few people I know…Here is what I have been told. They are close to controlling Mosul, that is why the US sent 200 Marines to help rap thing up. VP Biden also went over there to help the PM straighten out his cabinet mess. No one was getting along so he cleaned house and now bringing in new people. This should be done in a short amount of time. So between Mosul and the cabinet, once those two tasks have been completed, you should see some major changes quickly. And the other good thing, I just got off the phone with [Guru] Ray, and one of his contacts at the bank is still ready and waiting for the currency to change. Going back and actually listening to Shabibi’s plan for Iraq’s monetary reform, lowering inflation is absolutely a requirement prior to deleting the three zeroes. Looking solely at inflation rates, Iraq is ready to delete the three zeroes now…IMO…Iraq’s targeted RV timeframe was/is April 2016, based on historical RV preference by the IMF, and the world’s powers including the US military, IMF, and World Bank stepping last Fall and fully committing to Iraq. 4-27-2016 Intel Guru Delta [I know you thought 40 cents might be the best way to start, but that was about 2 years ago…in your opinion what are we looking at right now…what are you thinking?] I’m thinking that based on the detail that Iraq is going through, they are trying to get rid of the dollars…logic says a dollar or slightly higher…we all remember a study that was published a while back, it had many good points and stated when they go international they should be around 1.13 and then after maybe three years they should get back to the 3.22 range…they know what is best for them…they know what they need to do…I’m thinking they should come up at no less than 1 to 1…remember they want to get rid of the dollar it is dominate in Iraq…from two years ago their plans have changed so many times…and it would appear they now see they must come up at or just above 1 to 1 if they intend to remove the dollar domination…logic is saying that a dollar or slightly higher to make it look more attractive inside of Iraq. 4-23-2016 Newshound/Intel Guru BGG It appears, last Tuesday, for about 3 hours – the Investing.com trading platform was showing an increased value to around 8 1/2 cents…only for about 3 hours, but still…very exciting. It is reflecting 11.8 Dinars per 1 USD. To figure the value – since it is in divisions of 1 USD… take 1 (USD) divided by 11.8 = .08475 (ish)… or about 8 1/2 cents. Is this where I think it will end? NO. Is this where I think it will start? It may already have. Are trading platforms “quirky”? Yes, notoriously…However, this shows up a number of different ways, and not just in one instance… though it doesn’t show up on all of their templates, this goes hand – in – hand with the recent vein of news that Iraq is “readying” themselves for some “major integration” with the world markets.
