Biden welcomes the progress of the negotiations oil between Baghdad and Erbil

BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News .. Search U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, in a telephone call with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki file the ongoing negotiations between the central government in Baghdad and the Kurdistan region of Iraq on oil exports and budget issues.
The White House said in a statement: “The Biden urged the parties to work towards a permanent framework agreement regarding oil exports, and welcomed the progress that has been made in order to formulate an interim memorandum of understanding.”
The statement said that “Biden during a telephone conversation with President of Iraqi Kurdistan Massoud Barzani stressed that the United States as a neutral intermediary, is committed to facilitating this agreement.” End
