Predicted by US Vice President Joe Biden, that world oil prices remain low over the next few years.
Biden said during the energy security summit in the Caribbean, that oil prices “is now below $ 50 a barrel. It is likely to remain relatively low, at least in the near term in the next few years.”
Oil prices have tumbled nearly 60 percent since last June to less than $ 49 a barrel, under pressure from the global supply glut supply
