The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, announced on Sunday that a fruitful agreement had been reached with Federal Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, regarding securing citizens’ salaries.
Barzani said in a statement received by Al-Maalouma that “a fruitful agreement was reached with Federal Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani to secure citizens’ salaries.”
On Sunday, the Kurdistan Democratic Party confirmed the Council of Ministers’ approval to send 700 billion dinars to the Kurdistan Region.
Today, Sunday, Member of Parliament Baqir Al-Saadi revealed the latest results of the meetings to resolve the Kurdistan Region employees’ salaries crisis, while confirming that one of the most prominent points of agreement is linking the salaries of the region’s employees with the Ministry of Finance.
