Agencies – Search by U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, in a telephone conversation with the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Massoud Barzani, “efforts in the fight against terrorism” and the need to reach an agreement on the sharing of oil wealth with the federal government in Baghdad.
